Sabor de Los Santos is crafted using the honey process method, where part of the coffee bean's natural mucilage is retained during drying. This delicate technique enhances the coffee's sweetness, silky texture, and aromatic complexity—resulting in an intense and memorable cup.

Our coffee plantations are located between 1,200 and 2,000 meters above sea level, in rich, fertile soils that—together with the climate of Los Santos—produce beans with an exceptional profile: intense aromas, sweet and bright flavors, vibrant acidity, and a well-balanced body. Every step, from planting to harvesting and roasting, is carried out with an unwavering commitment to quality and respect for the environment.
